Common questions
What counts as a 'check'?
One check = one audio file analysed. You can upload MP3, WAV, or M4A files up to 50MB. Analysis takes under 30 seconds.
Is my audio kept after analysis?
No. Audio files are automatically deleted within 72 hours of upload. We never store recordings longer than necessary, and never use them to train AI models.
Can I use this as legal evidence?
Our reports support — but do not replace — formal forensic analysis in legal proceedings. Reports include a unique Verification ID that can be cited in documentation.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel anytime. We'll refund unused checks on monthly plans within the first 48 hours of billing. Contact hello@verified-voice.com.
Do you offer annual billing?

What is the audit trail (Pro)?
Every check on Pro creates a tamper-evident log entry: timestamp, file hash, score, model version, and Verification ID. Exportable as CSV or PDF for compliance purposes.
